In Bath, this presents a unique challenge: delivering retrofit solutions across a diverse portfolio that includes both contemporary and heritage properties. We need your surveying expertise to help us deliver.This isn’t just about buildings. You’ll be working with everything from innovative insulation solutions and air source heat pumps to solar PV installations and smart home technology.   • Deliver innovative retrofit projects from survey to completion, transforming homes with modern energy solutions
  • Implement a range of technologies from external wall insulation to renewable heating systems and solar installations
  • Manage contractors and suppliers to ensure quality installations that meet both technical standards and resident needs
  • Create technical specifications that balance energy performance with the character of Bath’s diverse building types
  • Build relationships with residents, ensuring they understand and benefit from the improvements to their homes
  • Develop your expertise in emerging retrofit technologies through hands-on experience and funded qualifications
