This dynamic role demands a hands-on approach and a proactive attitude. Reporting to the Operations Manager and collaborating with a team of Project Managers and installation experts, you’ll thrive in a team environment while driving personal growth and achieving excellence.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Internal and Third-Party Resources: Ensure the flawless execution of projects by effectively managing internal resources and third-party contractors.
- Ensure Timely and Budget-Conscious Delivery: Deliver all projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop Project Scopes and Objectives: Involve all relevant stakeholders in defining project scopes and objectives.
- Ensure Resource Availability and Allocation: Manage the availability and allocation of resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop Detailed Project Plans: Create and maintain detailed project plans to track progress effectively.
- Use Verification Techniques for Change Management: Apply appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure Project Performance: Use suitable systems, tools, and techniques to evaluate project performance.
- Report and Escalate to Management: Provide necessary reports and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Manage Client and Stakeholder Relationships: Maintain and manage relationships with clients and all project stakeholders.
- Perform Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize potential issues.
- Establish and Maintain Third-Party Relationships: Build and sustain relationships with third parties involved in the project.
- Create and Maintain Project Documentation: Develop and keep comprehensive project documentation.
- Contribute to New Business Development: Assist in assessing and advancing new business leads and development opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
- Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in planning, executing, and closing projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to guide and motivate teams, manage project resources effectively, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of renewable energy technologies, including installation, maintenance, and system integration.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders, team members, and clients, and for reporting progress and issues.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle to keep projects on track.
Extra Credit:
- Experience of commercial project management.
